Rasau Jaya
Rasau Jaya is one of Kubu Raya regency.
It is wide enough and there are many inhabitants there. We can say Rasau Jaya
is a developing place. They are interested in building buildings. There are
many new buildings that we can see if we go there. They do not care much about
how big their buildings are. They use those buildings variously. Some use them
as the place to stay with family, some use them to store things, some use them
to both stay and store things and some others use them as other functions such
as school, English courses, Computer courses, Bank and so on. Those things make
Rasau Jaya crowded.
The people in Rasau Jaya also need jobs
to fulfill their needs. Their building is one of the tools to have a job. They
start to trade by using their new buildings. The daily needs really demand them
to have various jobs. It is common that to have a job nowadays is not easy. Moreover,
in that place, the people there really have to be creative in order to have a
job. They think that the good easy job that is suitable to that place is trade.
Therefore, it is common thing if we find so many changes of that place from the
years before. The places to sell and buy something are more and more. The price
is also really various. It becomes cheaper and cheaper. The traders there
reveal each other. They do not consider much how much their profit of the things
they sell. The main point their things are sold out.
The new regency, Rasau Jaya, which was
purposed by Muda Mahendrawan is really helpful for inhabitants there. Beside
the buildings that are more and more, there are also the interests in buying
land. The development of that place attracts many people outside to buy land
there. We seldom find the cheap land in that place. The development of that
place makes the price of the land higher and higher. It is just the rich people
that can buy land, I think. The inhabitants also like to sell their lands. They
think that they will have more profit and have enough money that they can make
stores after they sell their lands.
Not only those things that develop in
Rasau Jaya, but the study areas are also improve. The interest in developing
the school is more and more. The popularity of the school in Rasau Jaya is
spread in many places such as Pinang, Bintang Mas, Teluk Pakedai and so on.
Therefore, each school there affords hard to fulfill the things such as English
Lab, school library and so on that can attract the parents to ask their
children to enter the schools. So, it is common thing if we find many students
with their lovely uniform come from far places go to Rasau Jaya in the morning
just to study there.
Ironically, the more develop that
place, the more we can find the holes in the street. Because many passers pass
through that street, it makes the street broken. There are many people fall
down and hit each other because of the hole in the street. It is really
difficult to go there because of the broken street. Therefore, the people there
decide to plant trees to criticize the governor to fix the street. There were
many trees that we could see in the middle of the street several days ago.
